Seeing that a lot of clients are laying off people or are planning layoffs. Layoffs at those companies from Medicare/Medicaid cuts might filter down to us so I'm feeling nervous about our future.

Be prepared for major reorgs with go to market. New investor is expecting big numbers so investing in being top heavy hoping to produce sales. Downfall of focusing on 10 clients for years and the industry catching up

Whatever pay they offer you can't make up for the toxic culture and work environment.

My advice is to run from this company. Sweat shop, poor leadership, dishonest upper management. Unrealistic productivity goals, poor communication from supervisor/managers.

They lay you off and do not answer any questions. They thank you for your service and never answer any questions. Laid off many that were the catalysts to the company.

I was one of 38 coders laid off in the Coding department with no notice. I believe that we were all good workers and worked hard for the company. I am sorry to all those who lost their jobs!
