Do we know for sure Cotiviti is done with layoffs? I'd like to be able to relax over the weekend - these few days have been stressful, to say the least - but unless we get an official word that it is over, I'm afraid I'll just spend the next several days constantly worrying.
If anybody has any concrete info, please share!
Do you wonder why there are 6-month reviews now instead of yearly employee reviews? Now the company knows who to terminate every 6 months. Next round to be let go will be in February. Why are the wanting all these reports finalized? Most likely to off shore everything to India.
It's probably over for THIS YEAR. Do you really believe what they say? There'll be more layoffs next year for sure.
We were told the restructuring is over and this last round was it.
