Over a decade with the company, never any documented reprimands or misconduct. Every year positive and improving reviews. Never any warning or instruction that any specific improvement was needed or any area needed attention. CEO stated that there would be NO layoffs. Clear message sent here is "Work hard for us, put 10 years in and we'll cut you loose without a second thought". Please get out of this company before it happens to you.
