Winter is coming. Do not approach the Iron Throne without being suited in full armor, ready to do battle with your clever wit and cunning at the ready. You'll sleep with one eye open, constantly warding off a variety of threats and drains on your mental health and physical stamina. Walls will be put up creating barriers to communication. Games will be played, you'll think you're the king one moment, the next you're being chased through The Great Pit of Daznak. Colleagues will appear to be supportive of your shared mission only to hastily turn on you, hurling fiery darts at your back all while sadistically laughing as you slowly burn. If all this sounds like your ideal career match, then by all means, join The Game of Cotiviti.

Cotiviti is not as entertaining as GOT, unfortunately. If it was, I might have stayed there. It's a soul-crushing place that offers NOTHING in return. It's worse than Initech from Office Space. I was the guy in the basement with the red stapler (at Cotiviti!) :-0
Brilliant! 😬👏
Ha ha, Cotiviti is just like Game of Thrones, or maybe Hunger Games on the India side.
Did we work for the same person?
Nine years at the company — which were all very good — but the last management I had was absolutely the worst. Couldn’t or wouldn’t give me tangible goals and criticized in the same non-specific way. I was happy to be laid off.
Glad to hear it’s not only me. I’m a dude but never experienced such hostility before.
Just left this he-l hole and could not agree more! They use the US employees to front for the company then hire mostly techie types from India to do bulk of the work. I’d rather work at Wal-Mart than ever join this farce of a company again. :-(
We must have had the same boss (actually bosses) … what witches!!! Could have easily brought a hostile workplace suit but decided my time and mental health is worth more.
Yes, agree. A really terrible place to work. One must sell their soul to the devil to stay here.
