Go back to how things used to be! Every incentive to keep your decent employees has been taken away from them while you continue to run this company into the ground to save costs! Like someone else mentioned they tried sending work overseas to India but it was a violation of the clients agreement. This used to be the best place to work for and people were driven to deliver results. Now VPs decide to up and leave after 22 years with the company to “pursue other interests”. In what real world does that happen? Treat your employees the way you want to be treated and they way they deserve to be treated. We are seen as expendable snow.
C level management, displayed what felt lle unethical behavior, it seems they encouraged leaks which permeated throughout the company and immediately negatively impacted the work environment
