My advice is to run from this company. Sweat shop, poor leadership, dishonest upper management. Unrealistic productivity goals, poor communication from supervisor/managers.

If you stay here for any length of time (most don’t) then be sure to record all interactions with your manager. I wish I had. I realized after it was too late that all of the hostility and abuse happened when I was on the telephone (alone) with my ‘manager.’
Agreed. Be sure to keep detailed notes. It’s a ‘hostile work environment.’
