It truly is a horrible place to work. If anyone reading this is thinking about joining this company, please do not hate yourself that much. You are worth more!!
Incorrect that newer employees are not eligible for a payout in the employee ownership program. They are.
Yeah they got rid of me. I expect they will get rid of more soon. The stipulations with this new investor is that you had to be employed when they came on and still be employed when the payout happens. New employees hired on will not be eligible for the payout. Very toxic environment, terrible management, fake people. Glad be out.
