Until managers open reqs, why not put them to work? Here's a suggest! Either fill in for the ppl who left or open up some dang reqs. !!?!?!?!?!?!!

After a while I realized it is a dog chasing its tail situation. What advice can those who left give? Is there something better? I want to be sure other companies exist that welcome employees and somewhere I could feel wanted.

How's that part of CommScope doing? Making cable used to be CommScope's core business and competency. Corning and other cable competitors are going gangbusters this year. Can making cable generate enough cash to keep everything afloat?
