Someone told me to check out the company on the usual website Glassdoor, yada, yada. Then this website came into my radar.
The posts are very telling.

If you NEED a job and the salary offered is decent, take it but go in knowing what you've seen here and that it is somewhat toxic. You can ride the wave and perhaps be in a better spot should anything happen.
Hopefully you were offered additional opportunities elsewhere. Jus saying’ !
I left off my own accord approx. 8 months ago after 20+ years. In that time I had been through numerous acquisitions. While there were ups and downs, the trend after Commscope took over was very clear. Commscope is not a good place to work.
There are still good people there; however, the executive management and the drive from Carlyle to get a return on the $7 billion investment for Arris/Ruckus overshadows everything. The ongoing relentless cost cutting (mainly in layoffs) and under investment in the technology will only drive it downhill even further. Throw this offer back in the pond and look for another one. The job market is good now. You should be able to find something much better.
