I really hope they can cost center VPs who report to other VPs who work 3 hours a week. Chuck should clean house, get rid of the dead weight and promote the hungry people who want to see the company grow and be profitable. And it’s not VPs older than 50, there is definitely at least some VPs in their 40s who reported to other VPs in a cost center that are the definition of dead weight. Don’t know how these individuals are kept on at CommScope after they ruined Motorola home, then ruined ARRIS. The legacy ARRIS VPs reporting to VPs in cost centers like legal and finance need to be canned, don’t hold on to them and spin them off with CPE, they don’t deserve that, they’ve worked three hours a week and pushed for decisions detrimental to CommScope solely so they can keep their job.
