Yesterday I barely forced myself to start working, and today the situation is even worse. Where do you find motivation to work here?

Appalling? What’s appalling is the place has turned in to a POS. What’s appalling is the way the place has accumulated award a$$ holes in mgmt. if they would actually show some appreciation people might fell motivated. Unfortunately, when you hate your job and have not drive to be there, it’s time to look for the next opportunity and download files before you resign.
What happened to a thing called work ethic? Regardless of the situation or how CommScope has treated you, that's appalling.

Do what I’m doing, I got another job and I’m working both, getting paid by both but I’m not doing any work at CommScope and no one there has any clue cause management is so incompetent and my manager is non existent, he just collects a huge salary and doesn’t even bother to log online. At least I do that and check my email but 90% of my focus is on my other, higher paying job that I got. But CommScope was too stupid so I didn’t even give my notice and they’re still paying me. What’s the worst they can do, lay me off? Yes please 6 mos severance!
Don't spend any residual motivation you have to work.. Instead redirect it to finding jobs..
