Are Citrix back innovating again? I see Brian Madden talking up a a storm and I’m wondering is there any truth to it or is it just layoff’s as a service?

The redundancy packages have been surprisingly good for a private equity owned company haemorrhaging customers and revenue. Based on previous Vista acquisitions is this likely to continue or will they get reduced at some point?
