He says in the interviews that he’s an Ex CFO from public company(Broadcom). He doesn’t even care to call himself as CEO for CSG.

Pillsbury DOGE boy TK doesn't give a rat's ar-e about the moonlighting conflict. As usual, the rules don't apply to the one's at the top, whether it be in corporations or in politics.
TK is doing everything he can to keep this dead husk of a company going while milking any value from this obsolete shritrix tech. So many superior cloud-native capabilities are available for a lot less cost in cloud. TK is amazing to get anyone to buy this Sh-trix sh-t.
