Been asked to take part in due diligence project by major Investment Fund backing Vista’s acquisition of Citrix. The outline clearly shows they have lost confidence in the strategy and progress of CSG. Some specific questions in the pre-read asking for my thoughts on the impact of increased license costs, deteriorating relationship with customers and partners, has cost cutting gone too far, has key talent been rerained, and will new acquisitions help attract/keep customers.

a redundancy clause? for what? for reply a message on linkedin? really? expensive lawyers chasing employees because of a response to a message on the personal linkedin? seriously? is that the new level? when did we reach such a low point? that would be a PR nightmare in any case.
