Details are coming out about the new mandatory Tom Krause training for all leadership and individual contributors. It’s supposed to be an intensive five day training program with the final exam evaluation directly contributing to raises and any future with the company. It is also determined the lowest scoring 10% will be automatically cut from the company regardless of your position.
TK is personally overseeing the training development and using the knowledge he has gained at the treasury to mold and shape future CSG leaders just like him.
It should be an exciting course..I know I’m going to be first in line to get trained the TK way.
