Zero support, toxic culture, and a team that’s constantly working against each other instead of together. Ten years in and still dealing with the same disorganized mess, while management acts clueless. I'm not sure how, considering the current state of the job market, but I plan to be out of here asap.

I couldn't have said it any better. At Unite I was walking around thinking "who are these people"?
Hope you find a better opportunity soon. Definitely not worth sacrificing your mental health for this place.
