Self proclaimed expert... Knows enough about Citrix etc but rode on the skills of others for many years. Good luck to him for being able to do that but there are a lot of people out there that have forgotten more than Madden knows.

I think Tom is too busy perfecting his strategy for working with Musk - everyone starts somewhere, I'm sure he'll be able to incorporate less teeth into his technique with more practice!
I believe TK is too busy cutting the federal government to have another Citrix layoff and besides we just hired the genius Brian Madden.
