I hear it day in and day out from our customers how the level of support has gone to cr-p. TK destroyed Citrix.

Have any of you tried using HR or IT lately? Getting internal support from our own employer is about as good as the experience for customers. Complete garbage.
AI is the greatest of all technologies! why do we need escalation, support or developers, the one ai can ask the citrix support ai to raise a ticket, the support ticket ai will be picked by a excalation Ai and then a dev ai will fix it, it's that simple!
