I’m interviewing at Citrix for a role which lists remote as a possible option. Is this now allowed by TK at Citrix? Thanks.

The survey results out and the answer is....
FU.k No!!!!
No, top leadership can't comprehend the benefits and enhanced productivity of working remotely. Only those that were forced to work remote because their building was closed are allowed to. The rest waste hours in traffic in a d-mb and useless commute to a d-mb and useless building where they work in an environment resembling a busy and noisy call center, where it is impossible to focus, and therefore impossible to do your job.
Are you out of your mind? Why would you want to work here? The company is collapsing by design. The culture is toxic. There is no growth. The CEO is despised by all. It's hard to imagine a worse tech job to have.
At this point new hires will be used to fire the following year. The people in charge don’t want to fire their friends but will be forced to at this point without new bodies. This last round of layoffs were brutal. It will get worse as the money issues continue with CSG.
Don't go there if you value your health, mental wellbeing, job security, fun place to work, supportive management team etc. If none of that is important then go right ahead.
Truly a toxic place to work
Post ID: @r5+1jn655pdx dude, even the overseas office HR, IT and Payroll has been out-outsourced. I haven't received a reply to my email in from Payroll which I sent before my last day and left them a follow up a week later as well. It's been almost 4 weeks since then and, I guess, another reminder/follow up email for a simple matter for them but something which is required for my next job, pay stubs for the last paid amount :(
Since no one is actually answering your question:
Remote work will likely be dependent on where you live. With offices in Florida and California, if you live within a 50 mile radius there will be an expectation for you to go into the office. If you're outside of that range or in a different state then you will likely work remote, as many of us have been doing since offices closed last fall.
That said, everyone here is correct. This company right now is not in a great position where I would consider it a viable company to work for. We are understaffed, IT and HR are now outsourced overseas, and the CEO thinks they can micro-manage an entire company while working a second job as a "special government employee". Unless you are unemployed and are having difficulty finding a job I would not recommend this as a place to work.
If you're unemployed, don't even apply for any job here.
Unless you are unemployed don’t do it.
Be ready to work from the office and expect macro management . You will need to badge in everyday.
Run away, dude.
Run fast, run far.

I am sure there is no problems with being remote, TK can aim at you from any distance at any time.
