There is a group Vice President that works 4 days a week . yes 4 days a week. Monday-Thursday, 8-3, or Tuesday to Friday 9-4, and is earning an eye watering $250,000 a year. How does belk explain this?

Why are we posting job openings but then told not to hire. 🤔

Again, if you are customer non facing be very aware that you are on the chopping block. AP leads, sales/MTM/Omni managers (salary) and H.R. lead are the five positions most likely to be cut. My store lost two on Friday.
