Everyone that still works for belk needs to protest, Do a walk out, mass call out, do something, because a company cannot treat their employees this way and not expect repercussions. If your not going to stand up for yourself, you shouldn’t complain.

We are not unionized. If we protest, we would lose our jobs. I don't know about you, but like the previous comment, I need my job.
Protest? Yeah right. Maybe you can afford to be without a job but I have to find another before I can quit. Besides they don't give a cr-p if you stay or go. They will schedule the associates that they string along with only a few hours. So I guess I will continue to complain!
They purposefully keep all the yes-men coworkers sated juuust enough to convince them not to organize with the movers and shakers…
