How do you all treat those aggressive, rude customers- ??

I stay professional but I correct them as if they were children. I use to do bopis at my location and all I have ever dealt with was beyond rude old customers who were never corrected and were racist. I will go over and beyond for top of the line customers who have a great reputation but I refuse to be abused by A holes.
