I can't speak for other locations, but our foot traffic has dropped so much that sometimes it feels like I'm in a cartoon, watching tumbleweeds roll across the floor. Yes, that's an exaggeration, but if it keeps going like this, soon it won't be. I probably shouldn't complain. I'm getting paid for not doing much, but I need this job and the idea of it disappearing is not fun at all.

I’m a paraplegic I have to sit down.
If you work in Estée Lauder and you don’t do much you are the problem and need to go. The rest of us are busting are tales, preselling, gift time and ringing clothes and doing returns. Working other areas and still having to make sales goals. Wish I could sit down in Estée Lauder.
I work in Estée Lauder
What department do you work in that you don't have much to do? Cosmetics? There is not a day I don't have much to do. Folding and recovering.
You work for Belk and you are getting paid for not doing much? That's rare at a Belk store. Unless you get a lot of credits.
It's not as bad, but it's not good either.
