@1j4+ Sorry to burst your bubble but it is the same in my store. Ladies , Mens and 1 person in cosmetics no how busy it is. Sometimes I don't see a manager all day. Let's not let the truth scare people.

That’s not true . Stop trying to scare people
it's so bad at my store. we literally have two or three associates on the floor and call outs every day
So many people at belk live paycheck to paycheck
