Has anyone has the support associates and managers form a clique in their store? Truck, visual, asset protection, housekeeping, merchandise teams and manager, even HR ….🙄

This culture is extremely unprofessional and toxic, as soon as you see something like this in any job, it’s time to pack up and move on. Nothing good will happen when a company encourages this type of nonsense.

Our store manager is the leader of the big clique here. They are the favorites - they all party together. And those favorites are called honey, sweetie and baby by the manager. I’m pretty sure that is not appropriate behavior.
At my store everyone who is in the clique has each others cell phone numbers and they make it clear that if you don’t have each others cell phone number you are not part of the clique 🙄
Yes…and visual and asset protection are very distant and borderline rude to associates almost like someone is telling them to act like that, it’s very bizarre.
Oh yeah. Except our store has no visual, asset protection or housekeeping associates.
