These positions are all in danger of being completely eliminated. Please be mindful that Belk corporate is looking to streamline these positions.

Good luck if they think the Store manager can cover any of these positions. Ours can't do anything on his own without someone following him around. He doesn't even know how to run a register. Heck, he'd have to show up for work to do anything and he doesn't do that half the time, but also doesn't use PTO when he's off all the time.
Well the store manager will have to do schedules cash office & hiring and attendance write ups instead of kicking they feet up in the office all day..

that position is on par with the person who cleans the cr-pper.
Good luck getting rid of merchandise teams. They do 90% of the work in the store. There is nothing to buy and no signs for sales without them.
Just curious who makes the schedule if there is no HR?
Our H.R. left in January and still has not been replaced.
