Disney management

I realized today that this company is being led by the same type of people who caused Disney to ruin the Star Wars franchise.

When would you move to startup?

I got an offer to go to a startup company. They do really interesting things and I think they have a lot of potential, however, I still hesitate. For a long time I wanted such a challenge, the work here has become boring to me, the leaders of the... — read more

Raghu is forcing people back in office

The “anywhere work” thing was a pat idea. Raghu feels we work best in office. This is straight out of his mouth in a meeting with c level.

Worst decision of my life to join VmWare

I joined this place in January and I am regretting it every minute of my life. How these products even sell is a mystery to me. Absolute garbage of a company.

If you are not Indian, why are you at vmware?

Just wondering cause it simply does not make sense to me. With all the sentiments around favoritism and targeted layoffs? Why would citizens or non Indians stay at vmware and help the alienating culture?

WWKO 2021

Proof that this place is bloated with too many talking heads and disjointed strategies. Most of these sessions are fluff rah-rah sessions, except for the technical ones. It is sad that most of the agenda is spent on the rah-rah sessions.
