Primarily because of the concept of introducing low cost centers. Many in the Engineering team (including Directors and Managers) are finding it difficult to cope up with the pressure of spending days and nights in meetings and calls with their offshore counterparts. Engineers/QEs are equally frustrated with these stressful working hours. It’s high time to shake up the top level management of NSBU or the company should be prepared for exodus of a great talent pool. BTW most of these Managers and engineers ultimately end up in FAANG companies.

All over the company not just the NSBU.
Actually...relative to other BU like Tanzu and Cloud...nsbu has a lower attrition.
Because people don't like working there?
