Received an offer from vmware, what is the advice? I am reading in many places o about how toxic its culture. The favoritism and racism. The offer is from Sasi in SEBU.
Anyone give insider insight? I am not from India. It is staff engineer position.

Asking on a board where the majority has probably been laid off at some point or another is asking for negative replies. Every corporate has issues and grass is always greener.
Run the opposite direction on a jet pack!!!
Avoid.
Go for it. You will be a perfect fit.
Run. And then avoid.
