If I fail to find a job within the next month, even though it’s not a good idea, I’m thinking of giving notice anyways. It has become really unbearable here.
I'm wondering, if someone came who really knew how and wanted to fix this company so that it was a decent workplace, how much effort would it take and what would he/she have to do?
Would it be too late and hopeless now to try to get this company back on track?
There is no such thing as greener pastures, just a different shade. Keeping perspective is key.
No shame in looking for greener pastures. Job market is pretty hot right now, so I don't think it's hard to find a new job compared to past years. If you do give your notice, make sure you are able to withstand however long without any income to hold over yourself/family.
It's hard to find a job in the last quarter of the year. Most companies trim staff and based on projected demand for next year, I doubt they will increase headcount. You might want to reconsider.
