I've suffered from back problems from this ever since I was a teenager. I applied today and hoping UP approves.

Leading up to our sick pay starting April 1st, has your manager already threatened to give your work to another craft “if too many people call out sick”? If only there was a real solution to it, such as HIRING BACK MORE PEOPLE.

The entire idea behind the workforce in relation to PSR is to put the people closest to the work in the decision making process. When Vena is back on board, lower and middle management should be concerned.
