Interesting. Also the same railroad that was voted the worst company to work for in 2020 and 2021.
Who else are they going to give it to? All of the class ones are bad, have resorted to layoffs over the past few years, have harsh attendance policies, care nothing about their employees or customers, and are directed by financial analysts or hedge funds. Any choice for the award would be bad, so it really doesn’t matter. What honor is there for receiving sn award to be the best of a mediocre group?
That award was most likely bought and paid for by the executive team in Omaha. How else would the worst employer in North America win an award?
