Recently, I've been hearing people talk about significant cuts. I hope it's just a harmless rumor. Or did I miss something? We are so overwhelmed with work that I cannot imagine any possibility of cuts.

With all of the cuts the UP has already done, some people are easily scared of a relapse of history. Then there's some people who just want to see the world burn. When the layoffs picked up, people could come to this site and get some useful information. Now this site is filled with people who are trying to be funny and some who are just trolling others. There's now other sites that people have gone to because of the ridiculous behavior that happens on this site.
Don't let the ignorant new hires find out.
