I’ve known a lot more good employees who were from a multi generational RR family than bad ones. There is so much work to be done anyone from any kind of diverse back ground deserves a chance if they are willing to give railroading a try. But I like how creative your mind is to blame the failings of PSR on the people who had no choice w/ implementing it. How come when a plan fails it is not the planners fault? Do you recall Eva Brauns husband who also blamed others for his failures?
