Are they happening or not? There were a lot of different rumors last week and nothing definitive. At least nothing definitive that I know of.

Heard a rumor that because they are being outsourced, no severance. True or False? Why would the outsourcing make a difference? I would live confirmation if true or false.

Heard rumors that Layoffs and realignments for all departments starting next week.

I do not know what to think about posts disappearing, One where someone shared that RTO guidelines no longer have a 30 mile constraint. A second asking if mgmt also will report to hubs. I think another talking about survey scores.
