Need to be switch back to office? People applied for remote work only a a reason… why forcing people already remote back to office. Is that even Legal? They should leave remote peopke alone!

What they meant was don't put in more than 8 hours whether that is 9-5 or 9-6 with an hour for lunch

True only people staying behind are the long timers who are excel only users and offshore contractors….cheap labor…. They should change the name to Offshore Bank instead of USBank. I wish people could see their hiring practices and where they are sending jobs…not here in America….i wish people could see that and stop using their services until they start taking care of their people and communities, the US community.

I hope those RTO'ing have the sense to not go overboard and stick to 9-5. Decline all meetings beyond those business hours in your local timezones. Delete the bank apps from your personal devices. They want RTO? Lets give em one ...

Forget your job. I'd recommend going back to school to learn how to structure a sentence correctly.

It’s about getting people to work but also propping up the corporate real estate market. There’s a reason why the banks & financial firms were some of the first to push the RTO stuff post COVID.

Time to work as has been done since the office chair was invented in the 1980s or 1990s. Who knows?

It’s a cheap way to cut staff. If they can get employees to quit that can’t drive or have to suddenly pay $200+ a month to park and can’t afford it, they can replace them at a lower grade and reduced salary. It’s 100% about money, not collaboration or even to more easily micromanage us. We all have to stop taking any of it personally. Just remember this when you are tempted to put in long days or work weekends.

It’s strictly a power grab. If people can work remote and have been remote working and are efficient the same as in office so not slacking off then they should be left alone.
