Let me try and understand this… the people working and taking care of our members get 3% raise, while those doing nothing get 7% raise. Makes sense.

Points mean nothing
You have associates that have 6 to 9 points for call outs and coming in late and nothing happens to them this is ridiculous I worked today from 4am to 4pm because our closer call out something needs to change.
Longer lunches
We need longer lunch breaks. I have a difficult time slamming down a 6 pack in my car during lunch. Maybe I should poke a hole in the bottom of the can before drinking it.

Hour long lunch breaks
Some people at my club take hour long lunch breaks and only clock out for 30 minutes. How they do it is they clock out for lunch and say they forgot to clock back in and do a time adjustment. They have been getting away with this for years.
