Long term associate was told I could use legacy time, even though I still have pto and ppto. I work with another long term associate who did the same and they paid him legacy now they’re telling me I have to use all pto/ppto BEFORE legacy. Is that a form of discrimination or they’re trying to force me out. Anyone else have the same thing happen and what if anything did you do?

Just request unpaid time off and tell your coach to key legacy for that day. If you try to use it for a call off then, yes, you get points.
You can use your legacy sick time anytime you want. The only catch is that you get points for using it. Yep, they got us again.

You do not have to use up all pto and ppto. That changed last year. You can use your legacy but. Manager has to key it. Info is on the wire.
They were allowing it during covid. Now that covid is treated just like any other illness, they may not. I think they should just give it to us. We earned it.
Does anyone have a phone number to HR at home office that can be called?
Unless something has changed, you don’t have to use all PTO to use legacy sick. Go on the wire and look it up. As a long term associate myself, they tend to change things and management doesn’t/forgets to tell us. Some states are different than others. I work in Illinois, which has way different rules about PTO etc, than other states.
