So I got a late truck today for the produce department and all the fresh manager is doing he's walking over here every 20 minutes saying your not done yet 😒 😑 team work has left the building all they care about is themselves and thats it.

well I am sure there is someone out there who needs to hear this "The back room better look alive back there is all I can tell you" That was a quote from the overnight lead once when I was being over run by trucks in receiving..
Same. It was made clear that the fresh areas are supposed to unload their own trucks and not interrupt the Backroom from unloading their dry DC trucks, water, paper, soda, beer, etc. Fresh never follows the direction because they say they are a pRoDuCTioN aReA. 😂
What’s crazy is company policy is fresh leads are the ones who are supposed to unload their own trucks. But we ALL know that’s not the case. Hey home office, if you’re reading this: no one follows that protocol. Backroom does everything back there. No one helps lol
