On my second day of vacation they tried to call me in this morning because somebody call out nope I'm going to enjoy my vacation just like these managers do

I once was trying to be a team leader and on my first day of vacation my manager wanted to give me an interview. I stated I was just walking out of the house to go on vacation. I was. I said if you wait a week I will be in first thing for that interview, He said I had to come in and do it then. I said well consider this the interview. I decline any offer you might have been prepared to make. He did not argue and said have a good vacation. Those thinking I would not have made a good Lead anyway if I was not willing to sacrifice for the company , you are a bunch of imbiciles . The real issue was that the manager was not respectful of me as a person ! If he had respected me he would have given me the week. In fact he knew I was on vacation and should not even have called me til I got back.
