So we have company coming to our club today and my manager brought so many associates in for this dog and pony show its ridiculous and just watch when Friday comes around they're going to send everybody home to cut hours departments will be on auto pilot.

Years ago, the first club I ever worked at was in a market where the MMs would show up unannounced, in regular clothes, hats, etc. and grab a cart like they were just regular schlubs. The emails and phone calls would usually follow the next day or so. We knew this and approached it accordingly. Thus, that fu----g club was ready for it every single day. That was 2008. Now? Well, five more clubs later and I really don't give a fu-k. Let's just say they rob Peter to pay Paul, then run over Larry while trying to get away from Peter.

That's how they like it. The whole culture is based on fear and kissing a-s.
The upper management doesn't want to rock the boat if they don't absolutely have to,because it's a gravy train. Everyone is making their money ,and everybody is content with that.
That's why things never change for the better. They leave well enough alone because they know in a few years this will just be a stepping stone on their resume and they will move on to another Corp.

Yeah visitors tend to not show up at my club too. Here on the west coast. Frustrates the he-l outta me!
