What are your metrics for cpu? And for the clubs that have sfc what are your metrics for picking and packing ?

We tried challenging our managers but they claim they know how to do it and they are managers so they don’t have to. We are fully staffed and have both ship from club and club pick up. A lot of our club pick up associates wander around and won’t dispense. We have one packer and one picker for ship from club with about 750-800 items. We also know we are timed but since no one brings it to our attention we have associates that hide and do nothing.
Honestly our club don’t even go by the metrics we have so many orders and not enough associates that we pick our orders as fast as we can and dispense as fast as we can. Sure we were told we were being timed and everything else but if they want these orders pulled and picked then dispensed our mgt team knows better than to say anything because we are the ones running the Sept not them! We challenged our mgt team to work the dept for one full week to see if they could do it and they admitted they couldn’t so for us we do our best to get everything done
