Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Anyone heard any info from the year beginning meeting so far?

Are Sam's share being eliminated? What is new? What is going away?

All YBM seems to be is more “brilliant” ideas from people who have never even worked in a club and have no idea what really goes on . Most of them as well as our market managers are so out of touch of what we go through .. none of them care about us, as long as they get their bonus money they are happy .

My guess it will be the same b.s........ How much easier it is going to be to stock & maintain clubs because the company has poured gobs of money into the latest technology.
In reality, people's jobs will become even more difficult due to corporate greed and a few people's obsession with control over everything .
They will continue to cut help, overwhelm clubs with unneeded freight, push longtime associates with knowledge out, & turn a deaf ear to associate ideas.
Everyone at store level will continue to struggle to get through their daily shift while the Top 6 Walmart/Sam's executives will make a combined annual salary of near or over $100 million.
