WES announced 14 VP and 3 SVP

Stock price is now $40.51 and one year ago it was $72.18. The dividend is about 7.75%. Well, something will have to change to reverse this. Want to guess what that could be?

It amazes me more each day how poorly Oxy is run.

I suppose they are waiting until WES gets spun off and for other asset sell off to close (GOM etc.), but what else is holding them up?

So, the VSP packets FINALLY went out to APC employees, but at our CAO town hall this week, they made a HARD pitch to beg us to stay and not take the package. Huh?

Any thoughts on the potential to move headquarters to The Woodlands? If The Woodlands campus has room to expand, it seems like a much more desirable place to be than Greenway.

5 years ago the stock price was over $92 and now it is at $42.37. Great. Probably will go lower. Not a good sign for stable employment.

What is Oxy’s Bonus structure and does Midland have a geographic uplift?

Stock is now down $1.38, over 3% drop. Futures are down 390 points. You should be worried. China threatening to buy Iran oil and bust the sanctions. If that happens, oil prices will tank.

Stock is currently a little over $45/share, about the same price as December 2000. Crude is around $51/barrel. This is becoming the perfect storm in regard to Anadarko acquisition.

I wonder how management going to handle the different pay for employees doing the same job. I’m assuming APC employees make more based on here-say.
