It doesnt need to be the whole thing, it can be few platforms to shell along with interest in wes.

With the WES sale put on hold there are few options to raise cash besides the GOM sale...
But.. If GOM goes how will loan shark Warren get paid?
I heard Total didn't offer enough for GoM, for VH's liking. She probably doesn't want to sell low like she did for Mozambique, but all the potential buyers know that Oxy's not in a position of negotiating power, and is somewhat desperate for cash.
They won't sell until oil gets back in the $60s.
