I sure am holding out some hope that we move to The Woodlands. With the announcement we would move into Anadarko’s Midland office it just seems the door is left open a little more for a move to The Woodlands. The Woodlands Township would love to keep that big employer in the community. It is too hard to get to Greenway unless you come to work at 5 in the morning and leave by 3. Housing down there cost a lot as well, and that is assuming you can find a road from your house that is not under construction. The whole Greenway Plaza area is under construction it seems. Plus, the legacy APC buildings in The Woodlands are in great shape and form that campus Oxy wanted.

Oxy announced today that it was selling Woodland but would lease office space from whomever purchased the towers. Sounds just like something Oxy would do, sale an office then turn around and lease it.
I doubt it will happen. Rumor is that Hackett Tower has just been sold. I have heard Parker drilling is moving out of Greenway 5, so that would make a few floors available. I have also heard the plan is to lease more space at Greenway.
Don't know....but heard OXY is taking over the soon to be empty space of TransOil in Greenway? Met a guy who said he was working in that space now...any truth to it?
