Any word on the new Vacation/PTO/Sick day policy? It is December and we still haven’t heard a peep regarding the combined PTO policy. The way that OXY has handled this acquisition is completely mind blowing. Us legacy Anadarko employees are watching in sheer dismay as our former company is being dismantled. We can’t believe the level of incompetence that we have witnessed so far. Hoping OXY matches the amazing PTO benefits that Anadarko had. Easy way to boost moral. At the end of the day, don’t feel too bad for us, we’re protected for 3 years from acquisition date or they have to pay us out (up to 2 years worth of salary...yes. Two. Years.)

Entitlement! You guys are sure going to make good co-workers. So good for you that you are protected. I guess you can screw off for two to three years with you protection. How about work and earn your money! I guess that would be to hard with your constant complaining.
They are probably working it on through their lawyers. Might be busy also planning their current Oxy layoffs
