Morale Killers
For two months we were all looking over our shoulders expecting to get the axe, and then no one was RIF'd other than a +70 volunteer. Honeywell "leadership" sure knows how to destroy employee morale. Seems to be the only thing they are good at.

No big surprise but not a single vp director or otherwise exec position has been eliminated. Don't the failures that result in layoffs and furloughs start there. I'm confused. Honeywell seems very top heavy.
