TORRANCE LAYOFF & KBR (HTSI) Temp. Buyers

Said goodbye to many friends and co-workers including the site leader. The volunteers were all happy as could be, most that applied were RIF'd. I expect many to retire in the next two years with or without a RIF pkg. I noticed that there are (12) KBR... — read more

Is it safe to fly on aircraft anymore?

As a former contractor in Olathe, KS I really feel for all Honeywell employees just given the axe as well as staying on for further water-boarding through the corporate "monkey-tree". My last term at Honeywell it became apparent there wasn't much... — read more

Morale Killers

For two months we were all looking over our shoulders expecting to get the axe, and then no one was RIF'd other than a +70 volunteer. Honeywell "leadership" sure knows how to destroy employee morale. Seems to be the only thing they are good at.

If you know someone affected...

Give them a call, a text or even an email. Something that says they aren't being exiled and should not be shamed. It wasn't their fault it happened. God knows Honeywell won't bother helping any of them out. The outplacement package is a waste of gas... — read more
