ACS was dismantled and is now 2 businesses. Golden Valley is a ghost town - mood is bad and many good employees looking for new jobs. One of the new businesses is run by a youngster who speaks a lot, pretends he knows stuff and the rest are stupid, has basically not delivered on results but is buying companies to compensate. Yet he's the darling of the leadership team and gets promoted. Continue to deliver, they say, while layoffs are already happening and the executive team is flying around in their corporate jets. It's like this at most large corporations. Take a look at the other company sections on this web site. It's all the same.

It used to only exist in Aero. It now exists in all business. The money making fortress that was Golden Valley is being quickly dismantled. The old Honeywell guard in Minneapolis Aero and ACS can no longer keep the powers that be out of the business (or they have retired or been fired).
