So Honeywell drops pensions and forces new hires into stocks based 401k, where the returns are whatever is left after the big boys get theirs. I wonder how these massive sell offs impact everyone else in the "buy and hold" group. We aren't doing this for yachts, private jets, or 80k hotel rooms. We are hopelessly dependant on a system of trust for our retirement...yet our own CEO is killing the stock value by flooding the market with his over valued shares. I think if a CEO dumps shares like this, he should have to explain to the shareholders why. Instead, we get unemployment, shame, and furloughs cause, you know...too efficient.

The furloughs also inflate earnings which artificially makes eps look good.... There is no real organic growth or productivity.... Cheap shot furloughs makes Honeywell look productive.

When your CEO has sold 1.36M shares in the past 12 months, it shows you even he doesn't believe in the future of Honeywell. He's trying to bail out before the sh@t hits the fan. Nice that they started are massive stock buy back program so Dave could sell all his shares back to the company. It also makes the Earning Per Share look a lot better when you have less shares outstanding. They run out of ways to inflate the numbers due to no investment for future growth to justify a high stock price, Time to start short selling Honeywell stock. If you own this stock, get out of it before it drops 20%.
